حصوات المرارة هي ترسّبات صلبة في السائل الهضمي والتي يمكنها أن تتكون في المرارة لديك. المرارة عبارة عن عضو صغير على شكل ثمرة الكمثرى وتوجد على الجانب الأيمن من البطن أسفل الكبد مباشرة. تحتوي المرارة على سائل هضمي يُسمى الصفراء يُطلق في الأمعاء الدقيقة.
تتراوح أحجام حصوات المرارة من صغيرة الحجم مثل حبة الرمل إلى كبيرة الحجم مثل كرة الغولف. يتكون لدى بعض الأشخاص حصوة واحدة فقط، بينما قد يتكون لدى البعض الآخر العديد من الحصوات في الوقت نفسه.
يحتاج عادةً الأشخاص الذين لديهم أعراض مرضية من حصوات المرارة إلى الاستئصال الجراحي للمرارة. لا تحتاج الحصوات المرارية التي لا تسبب أي علامات أو أعراض في العادة إلى علاج.
الأعراض
لا تتسبَّب حصوات المرارة في ظهور أي علامات أو أعراض. في حالة انحشار إحدى حصوات المرارة داخل ممر مسبِّبة انسدادًا، فإن العلامات والأعراض الناتجة قد تتضمَّن:
ألمًا مفاجئًا ومتصاعدًا بسرعة في الجانب الأيمن العلوي من البطن
ألمًا مفاجئًا ومتصاعدًا بسرعة في منتصف البطن، أسفل عظام الصدر مباشرة
ألمًا في الظهر بين لوحَيِ الكتف
ألمًا في الكتف الأيمن
الغثيان أو القيء
وقد يستمرُّ ألم الحصوة المرارية من عِدَّة دقائق إلى بضع ساعات.
متى يجب مراجعة الطبيب
حدِّد موعدًا مع الطبيب، إذا كان لديكَ علامات أو أعراض تثير قلقك.
ابحث عن الرعاية العاجلة في حالة أُصِبْتَ بعلامات وأعراض مضاعفات خطيرة لحصوة المرارة، مثل:
ألم قوي في البطن يجعلك غير قادر على الجلوس ساكنًا ولا تستطيع أن تجد وضعًا مريحًا.
اصفرار جلدكَ وابيضاض عينيكَ (اليرقان)
حُمى شديدة وقشعريرة.
