أطلق عدد من النشطاء اليمنيين، اليوم الأحد، حملة تضامنية مع هيئة مستشفى الثورة بتعز تحمل وسم #معاً_لإنقاذ_مستشفى_المواطنين “، وذلك بهدف تذكير الجهات الحكومية والسلطة المحلية بواجبها في إنقاذ الوضع الصحي الكارثي في تعز، والذي كان مستشفى الثورة يتحمل العبء الأكبر فيه.
وندّدت الحملة بصمت الجهات الحكومية وقيادة المحافظة والمنظمات الإنسانية التي لم تبد تجاوبها مع هيئة مستشفى الثورة، رغم البيانات والمناشدات المتكررة التي أطلقتها لإنقاذها.
ويعتبر مستشفى الثورة أكبر مستشفيات المدينة، وبقي يعمل بكل إمكانياته المتاحة ويقدم خدماته المجانية لجميع المرضى والجرحى، وذلك بما توفر له من معدات وآليات بسيطة.
ولم تتوقف هيئة مستشفى الثورة العام في تعز من التنديد بالخطورة المترتّبة عن توقّف العمل في المستشفى، على خلفيّة المشاكل والصعوبات التي تواجهها والتي عجزت عن توفير حلول لها خلال الأشهر الماضية.
ويواجه المستشفى مشكلة انقطاع الكهرباء، فالمولد الكهربائي الخاص به، أصيب بعطل بسبب التمديدات العشوائية إلى الحارات والمناطق المجاورة بقوة السلاح.
كما أنه لا يستطيع ضمان الاستمرار في توفير المياه، بالإضافة إلى عدم توفّر مرتّبات الأطباء والممرّضين الذين تعاقد معهم خلال الفترة الماضية.
