اختتام دورة تدريبية متخصصة حول جودة الرعاية الصحية في هيئة مستشفى الثورة العام بتعز

اختتمت في هيئة مستشفى الثورة العام بتعز، اليوم، أعمال الدورة التدريبية المتخصصة في جودة الرعاية الصحية، والتي استهدفت مجموعة من الكوادر الطبية والتمريضية في مختلف أقسام الهيئة، واستمرت على مدى أربعة أيام من التدريب المكثف·
وهدفت الدورة إلى إكساب المشاركين المفاهيم الحديثة لجودة الرعاية الصحية، وفهم أبعادها ومكوناتها، وتعزيز الوعي بسلامة المرضى، إلى جانب التعرف على المعايير الإلزامية والجوهرية والجيدة المعتمدة في إدارة وتقييم المنشآت الصحية، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمرضى·
وتأتي هذه الفعالية في إطار التوجه الاستراتيجي للهيئة نحو ترسيخ ثقافة الجودة، باعتبارها ركيزة أساسية في تحسين الأداء وضمان تقديم رعاية آمنة وفعّالة تلبي احتياجات المرضى، وذلك من خلال برامج تدريبية متواصلة وخطط تطويرية شاملة·
وفي ختام الفعالية، أكد رئيس الهيئة الدكتور عبدالرحمن أحمد صالح الصبري أن تنظيم مثل هذه البرامج يعكس التزام الهيئة برفع كفاءة كوادرها الطبية والتمريضية، وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمواطنين، مشددًا على أن الجودة وسلامة المرضى تمثلان محوراً أساسياً في استراتيجية التطوير، وأن الهيئة ماضية في تنفيذ برامج نوعية تعزز من ثقة المجتمع بخدماتها·
